Ok, I guess I will start the ball rolling here.
Does anyone strictly run modules?
If so, have you run the WOTC modules, or others as well?
Please specify, Company and Title of module.
Thanks for the input.

When I first started GM'ing, I ran two AD&D mods. Eye of the Wyvern and Wrath of the Minotaur. Went over like a lead balloon with the group, though. I'm still trying to learn to incorporate them into a game without having them BE the game, if you know what I mean.

A friend of mine uses them extensively, and he's very talented at keeping some "Core" to the current story arch while having most be exciting interludes between main sections of the story.
He's got a knack for it, I'll grant that. For myself, I generally home brew everything so as to have it match my current story arch, mainly for existing villans.

Well, there are several out there, the ones I have used so for are as follows:
My groups Adventures so far:
The Sunless Citadel: WoTC A d20 adventure designed for 4-6 characters of 1st-3rd level Bruce R. Cordell A once-proud fortress fell beneath the earth in an age long past. Renamed the Sunless Citadel, its broken halls are home to nefarious races and malign creatures. This is the first of eight adventures strategically designed to highlight the new Third Edition Dungeons & Dragons rules. As the first adventure in the series, The Sunless Citadel will set the stage for years of game adventures to follow. This module I placed Oakhurst not far from Hommlet & Verbobonc near the Gnarley Forest in Greyhawk.
The Goblin Fair: Airweaver Games A d20 adventure designed for 4-6 characters of 4th-6th level. An Enchanted Wood: By the dark of the gibbous moon, the fantastical folk of the fey realms gather for one day at the Goblin Fair - to bargain with merchants of the unique, the rare, and the bizarre - to duel with centuries - old enemies by starlight. To dally with faerie maidens by moonlight, to trade and quarrel, feud, parlay, revel and frivol. Orges and dryads, hags and giants, elves and goblins, centaurs and hedge fey, they gather under the darkling green boughts of the Oldainahan Forest. A Wizard Imprisoned: The wizard Brandon Mistcloak has been trapped by his enemies in his manse Sparrowspell. The key to his rescue is the enchanted book, Taig Tell. He offers mysterious and wonderful rewards for the return of the Book. Will the party enter the Oldainhan on the trail of an enchanted book to win the wizard's reward? A trail that leads to.... This module I set the characters to travel to Verbobonc also in Greyhawk.
The Silver Summoning: Fiery Dragon Productions Author: Jason Kempton For characters levels 5-7. "I wil not tolerate violations in the natural order!" During a wedding ceremony, an assassin poisons the bride and groom. Now the heroes must set off in search of the antidote, only to learn that the assassination was merely a distraction for a much more sinister evil bent on the destruction of a Dwarven stronghold and releasing an ancient and powerful evil. This module I set the characters to travel to Courwood and the surrounding elf lands also in Greyhawk.
Tome Of The Dragon: Citizen Games A d20 adventure designed for 4-6 characters of 8th-10th level. An ancient evil walks the lands of Myrra once more, the Draconis priest Glymych. In his quest to resurrect his once-banished order of evil priests, Glymych seeks the Librum Draconis, a secret tome that details rites and rituals for summoning and binding the most powerful of all creatures: a dragon! In the long-forgotten ruins of the fortress Gryngurg, Player Characters must brave the denizens of the dungeon, the assassin-priests of Glymych's Order of the Black Rose, and even the wiles and trickery of the Librum itself. Will the party find the Librum Dracnois before Glymych's minions? Will they even survive? This module I set the characters to travel to within the Suss Forest also in Greyhawk.
Heart of Nightfang Spire: A d20 adventure designed for 4-6 characters of 10th-13th level. Bruce R. Cordell This is the fifth Dungeons & Dragons adventure strategically designed to hit the "highlights" of the D&D rules and move characters from the 1st to the 20th level. Nightfang Spire has long brooded in lonely silence, shadowed within the walls of a steep defile. A tall stone column, it resembles nothing so much as a lone fang of some vanished, mythical beast. Once, a fervent religious order thrived there. But that was before their god was slain. Embracing that death, Nightfang Spire was transformed from temple to mortuary: a massive, hollow tomb filled with the restless dead. In this adventure, an ancient vampire returns to his place of power and begins to build a bloodthirsty cult. Players face deadlier monster that have more advanced skills and abilities than those featured in previous adventures, requiring more advanced tactics and stronger teamwork. Heart of Nightfang Spire is a thrilling excursion in the tradition of The Sunless Citadel, Forge of Fury, The Speaker in Dreams, and The Standing Stone. This module I set the characters to travel to the city of Jurnre, and bringing them close to Pomarj also in Greyhawk.
Beyond All Reason: Sword & Sorcery Module A d20 adventure designed for 4-6 characters of 13th level. Authors: James Bell & Todd Secord, Developer: Fiery Dragon Productions, Artists: Claudio Pozas and others Monsters have been acting strangely, working together with their natural enemies. Controlled by a powerful mind, striving toward an unknown purpose, they have ravaged the natural landscape and destroyed several small settlements. Investigation reveals a very unusual beehive with a powerful queen bent on domination!
I set them deeper into the mountains, and perilously close to Pomarj. This module will help me link them into the next module I have set for them which will be: WOTC's -
Lord of the Iron Fortress Module: WoTC A d20 adventure designed for 15- level. Legendary forgemasters now serve an evil warlord and his dark purpose. Their hammers ring upon anvils dedicated to remaking a terrible weapon that was destroyed in ages long past. As the very fate of the world is being shaped, only the strongest heroes can shatter the diabolical plan. Lord of the Iron Fortress is a stand-alone adventure for the Dungeons & Dragons game. Designed to challenge 15th-level D&D heroes, it opens the perilous gateway to planar travel. To use this accessory, a Dungeon Master also needs the Player's Handbook, the Dungeon Master's Guide, and the Monster Manual. Lord of the Iron Fortress is the seventh adventure in a series of eight designed to take players from the beginner to advanced levels of play (although no other adventures need be played to play this one). Lord of the Iron Fortress contains an additional 16 pages of content for the same price as earlier adventures.
And the Final Module I have planned for them is: Bastion Of Broken Souls: WoTC A d20 adventure designed for 18 level. Author: Bruce R. Cordell From the back: "The Blood of Ancient Battles Rises An eternal demonic war draws dangerously close to an end, threatening the balance of all existence. At the crux of this chaotic feud resides a legendary terror fixated upon immortality at any cost. Only the most powerful heroes can hope to defeat a force that lies beyond the influence of the gods." Bastion of Broken Souls is a stand-alone adventure for the Dungeons & Dragons game. Designed to challenge 18th-level D&D heroes, it pits them against some of the most powerful beings in the multiverse. Bastion of Broken Souls is the last of WotC's first adventure series taking the PC's from 1st To 20th+ level.

I'm curious, what made you want to replace The Speaker in Dreams and The Standing Stone with non-adventure path modules, Amara?

The story and characters within the non-Wotc modules fit my overall storyline much better.
